There are varying views out there when it comes to whether you should be able to drink your cooking wine. For some people, cooking wine should be just as good as the kind that you drink on a regular basis. For others, though, you should not be spending more then $3 on a bottle of it. The key is just finding something that you like in your food. Whether it’s $1.99 or $200, buying wines for cooking is merely a personal preference.
