in a rich Angora leather with an antique finish and is complete with raised bands and
elaborate gilt decorations. It has scarlet endpapers, a matching ribbon place marker and
gilt edges. The dramatic paintings that illustrate this edition are the work of artist
Robert Reid, a long-time student of Civil War history. |
